Hello friends! It’s been too long since our last food gathering. There were a lot of things going on as we transition into our collaboration with Tri-Nice food express, so sorry for any inconvenience during this time. Speaking of transitions, we will be hosting the May event focusing on the food therapy for entering summer. Summer is right around the corner, and as weather changes so quickly we should all learn how to eat properly to combat the heat. As always, Dr.Wu will share TCM knowledge about what you should eat more or eat less. You also get to taste the delicious healing food that Dr.Wu makes.
