Creating wellness in spring will set a good path for the entire year. This month’s event will focus on sharing the principles of choosing a TCM healthy spring diet. The key points are to eat food that • Emerge uprising energy • Sooth the liver Qi for body detox • Strengthen lung Qi & digestive Qi to support the immune system • Enhance reproductive system Food tasting of herbal broth, herbal tea, and small plates is included.
